A 14 stage automated Quality Control procedure on every booking processed through the system, implemented by a specialised control team based at the TBR headquarters or at on site Events, operating 24/7.

Access online, with secure login, available 24/7. Clients can log on and access their account details; staff can log on and access online content and specialised software to aid in their daily tasks.

Access to complete booking information with driver details worldwide.

Live global job progress, e.g. real-time updates when drivers are on-site, passengers on-board and dropped. Ensuring efficiency is maintained throughout the entire booking and transportation process.

Access to complete job and invoice history for Management Reporting, at the click of a button.

Smartphone friendly communication, which is ideal for Roadshow and event bookers.



2 hour Fixed Base Operator (FBO) check to re-confirm scheduled departure/arrival times and all other details of private jets. This allows for efficiency of the TBR driver and the passenger; if delays occur the TBR team will be well informed due to the online system and will be ready for pick up when the private jet is due.

Development on Feedback:
TBR produce a feedback report, detailing all feedback from the client and TBR staff from during the event and the comments after the event. Both positive and negative feedback is vital for TBR to progress and make each event stronger and more efficient.

All aspects of the feedback are very important to TBR as it is analysed to improve our service levels to clients, supplier relations and invoice reconcilement. To develop a better understanding of current and potential clients we must understand their perspective.

History of TBR Global - Where it all began...

It all began in 1991 where one car was bought to cater for Weddings and Funerals; shortly after this, Charlton Chauffeur Drive was founded which deals with the Scottish Chauffeur business; mainly Glasgow and Edinburgh. TBR was later established in Glasgow in 1999 where a mission was envisaged, a standard was set and a team was established.

  • TBR’s passion and drive for quality was first established when we provided ground transportation for London Banks, with a focus in Financial Roadshows. A very high quality was set and gave TBR the background to set the company up for where it is today.
