Inspiring City Awards 2014 Nomination

TBR Global is proud to announce that our Managing Director Craig Chambers has been shortlisted for the award of “Outstanding Contribution by a young business leader” at the Inspiring City Awards 2014.

These Awards are organised by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, in association with The Herald and the city brand PEOPLE MAKE GLASGOW. The aim of these awards is to give recognition to individuals, businesses and organisations who have gone beyond the call of duty to encourage, mentor and support investment and growth in Glasgow.

Craig has been recognised for his role in the company’s rapid growth and the internal improvements he has driven forward. Moreover, his passion, dedication and determination inspires the whole company to thrive.

We believe Craig being shortlisted is not just an individual achievement but a reflection on the great work carried by all staff at TBR Global.

Congratulations!

How far would you go for your clients??

Last week, Andrés Gomis, Account Manager in Spain, attended a client meeting in his homeland.

As well as presenting to his clients on the benefits of TBR and training them on our system, he took TBR branding and Corporate identity to a new level by baking a traditional tuna pie for the team.

Everyone was glad Andres didn’t go too far and use purple colouring to represent our global brand.

Charitable Mud Run

Last Wednesday 23rd of July, two of TBR Global employees took part in the 5K Mud Run for Marcus Rutherford Foundation/Young Adult Cancer Trust organised by Reed & Mackay.

The event took place at a specially designed course in Turnbridge Wells with 65 people taking part. Our Managing Director Craig Chambers and Head of Corporate Travel, David Pettifor participated with a TBR sponsored team.

The event was a great success and enjoyed by all as well as a great opportunity to raise money for charity.
