At TBR Global we like to be contingent with our planning, forecasters had predicted a tough and unpredictable Scottish winter so a vehicle was needed which could handle the elements yet still provide the highest level of ground transportation to our clients.

The Mercedes M Class was the vehicle we felt represented the most reliable and safest vehicle for our clients but what we didn’t expect was how well these vehicles would be received with both our clients and chauffeur drivers. They have been so much of a success that TBR have decided to include them as a permanent addition to our fleet to use throughout the year. The feedback from the drivers has been extremely positive and a deciding factor on keeping the Mercedes M Class on the fleet is that our clients keep requesting them for their bookings. We asked our drivers and clients to explain their experience with the Mercedes M Class and here is what they said:

Alec is one of TBR’s tallest chauffer drivers and has driven all of the TBR fleet, he said “I think it is great, I cannot pick out one fault in them. If given the choice of what to drive out of the TBR fleet I would pick the Mercedes M Class every time.”  With the bigger cabin inside and plenty of room in the boot for luggage even Alec was surprised at how much he could easily fit in.  “Recently I had to collect three clients with six cases and two oxygen tanks.  All the cases and tanks fitted comfortably in the boot with no struggle”.  Alec jokingly added that the Mercedes M Class was the “best decision our CEO Michael has ever made.”

Our chauffeurs feel confident that they can provide a reliable quality service to help ensure their passengers are driven safely in comfort and style.  Our chauffeur Donald said his favourite feature would be the Attention Assist, which monitors their driving to help recognise the signs of drowsy driving—triggering a coffee cup signal in the dash and some warning beeps.

One of our clients was recently in the new Mercedes M Class said it is now their preferred vehicle due to the quiet and comfortable ride it provides. “As I am frequently on roadshows I now request the Mercedes M Class due to the ride quality from the excellent seats and because it is noticeable quieter than other SUV’s.”

Currently TBR Global has the Mercedes Viano MPV, Mercedes E Class BlueTec Hybrid, Mercedes S Class Saloon and now the Mercedes M Class.  Once again Mercedes has provided another high class executive model to add to the ever growing TBR Global fleet.
